Privacy.
This page explains what information ÉVIA uses to operate the website, process purchases, prevent fraud and deliver files.
What we collect
Order data: account identifier, selected country, purchased items, prices, payment status and technical request data. Telegram data: your user ID and first name so the bot can deliver your library. Anonymised, cookie-less page-view analytics are retained for 12 months.
What we do not collect
ÉVIA does not offer card payments and does not collect card numbers, Telegram messages or phone numbers.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction or deletion of account information by emailing privacy@evia.studio. Some order records may be retained when necessary for security, disputes or record keeping.
Service providers
We use hosting and database providers, Telegram for Stars payments and bot delivery, and Crypto Pay for optional crypto payments.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary local storage for cart, favourites, language and country preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
