Purchase Terms.
These terms govern purchases and downloads from the ÉVIA website and Telegram bot.
1. Purchases and delivery
Prices are confirmed on the server in USD. ÉVIA adds no tax or payment fee. Payment is available through Telegram Stars or Crypto Pay. A purchase is complete only after the payment provider confirms it; a pending invoice does not unlock files.
2. Personal-use licence
Each purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied wallpaper files on their own devices. Files may not be resold, shared, sublicensed, published as source files or used to train machine-learning models. Commercial use requires separate written permission.
3. Refunds
You may request a refund for a duplicate charge, an undeliverable file or a material technical defect that support cannot resolve. Change-of-mind refunds are unavailable after download access is issued. An approved refund revokes download access.
4. Product contents
Unless the product page states otherwise, one product contains versions prepared for phone, tablet, computer, laptop and watch.
5. Prohibited use
You may not circumvent the delivery system, scrape the catalogue, resell files or use them to train machine-learning models.
6. Availability and liability
Delivery may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or security. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability connected with a purchase is limited to the amount paid for it.
7. Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms displayed when an order is created apply to that order.
